Where do you ship?

We serve all regions of Europe. Delivery is free within four days, time to prepare and secure the package.

How long does delivery of an order take?

Standard delivery takes approximately 5-7 business days, off season. In December and June, delivery times may be longer. Express delivery is available upon request for an additional fee.

What should I do if I don't receive my order?

We track all orders from the moment they leave our workshop. If your order is not delivered on time, please let us know and we will locate it.

Returns

What paintings can be returned?

We do not take back delivered works except in a special situation.
